Refund Policy
You have 14 calendar days to secure a refund. A refund is only available if the item is new and has never been used, and if the box has not been opened. For used items we do not offer a refund.
Where applicable, e-zoomed will deduct an administrative charge before refunding the customer, to include, PayPal non-refundable transaction fees.
The customer will be responsible for returning the item to the return address supplied by e-zoomed, at the sole cost to the customer.

Charging Modes
ECO: Charge power is continuously adjusted in response to changes in generation or power consumption elsewhere in the home. Charging will continue until the vehicle is fully charged, even if power is drawn from the grid.
ECO+: Charge power is continuously adjusted in response to changes in generation or power consumption elsewhere in the home. Charging will pause if there is too much imported power, continuing only when there is surplus free power available.
FAST: In this mode, the vehicle will be charged at maximum power. This is just like an ordinary Mode 3 charging point.
Untethered chargers, do not come with a cable attached to the unit. Meaning you will need to use a separate cable to charge.
